Premeire: ‘Rapture’ – Brian Wade

Rapture is Brian Wade’s latest single off his forthcoming album ROOTS. He offered a mixtape about two months ago and promised us he will be working an album that will take a controlled direction.

Brian Wade has been making good music and Rapture solidifies his ability to flip from one sound to the other and still stay relevant. Last Month he gave us I Love Uganda and Afro beat inspired track and now, Rapture is a typical synth production  / Trap inspired.

In rhetoric Brian Wade asks if humanity is ready for the rapture. Wade sonically is growing and his writing process especially on contemporary issues suggests his ability to write Christian contemporary music. In other words, you put can’t simply box him as just a Gospel artist – but if so, Rapture is the Gospel for us to clean our acts.
