Ganzi is out here repping his set with new song “EWF Anthem”. The track doubles as a marketing tool for his label EWF (Everything Without Fail). The project is drill heavy, a sound that is slowly emerging.
Hip hop is blessed with talents that keep putting their visions to life. Rap keeps getting numerous subgenres that allow artistes to paint pictures and covey their messages. Locally we have the Luga Flow, and other blends /fusions of rap with other sounds. Currently Drill especially the UK Drill has become heavy each day, pushed so much by 1Der Jr, Zagang Music and others.
On “EWF Anthem” he talks about growing up in the streets, realness. He also unleashes wrath on the entertainment industry without mentioning names “I got no time for comedians, they do anything to be something,… I wonder how I achieved these things without a deceive in it.” For a budding rapper he is bold and empowered to say his truth: he says he is the Lord of the mics.
Ganzi delivers with a paced cadence as he shows off his that lyrical abilities. At the moment he is working on his forthcoming Designed To Blow EP.
While off the microphone, Ganzi is a cinematographer.
