Over the weekend, 27th July Navio released two new videos.
The Vibes Out The East energy is still on. The two new videos are for songs off VOTE: “Sunset Drift” and “Utajua Hujui”.
The release is an effort by Navio and Henessy. The premiere brought back the music experience around video releases. This also carries on the conversation around the album. The two videos were released at Le Botti in a cognac themed way, with smart links on cards offering audience to watch video on the go.
Mrs. Kigozi Mathilda made her directorial debut on “Sunset Drift” a song produced by King Vision, and it features Akeine. She is credited for directing the video of the vacation filled video shot in Zanzibar.
Navio evokes his battle background, his competitive rap persona on “Utajua Hujui”. The prelude voices explore his past, consistency and hunger for making art as a rapper. The song produced by Daxochali also allows him to take his place as one of the greats. The videos capture scenes of his travel to Kenya shot by Tony Black Wolf.
