Lagum has always been about the music and expresses himself best (as we know him) through the music.
There are various personas of Lagum, on new “2yheart” (read as to your heart), he pushes the love laden and expressive self. The new song is about shooting one’s shot. Trying to get to one’s heart.
In 2021, Lagum released RZR which has songs that see him in his “feels”. He has mastered marring rnb, rap and afrobeat from tracks like “Some Way” , “Kampala” and others. This sound has evolved over the years foreshadowed by Nuevo, If We Were Connected and X-tension.
He likely might be working on an album or EP – anything is possible with the producer, rapper, and writer.
