The world is a global village and Zambian artiste Paul Payne837 understands that well. Just a few weeks ago he dropped a project with Ugandan rapper and producer Waade. He is back with new single featuring Kaluuya and Ugandan DJ Victor256 for “Chinjako Step”.

In Bemba, Chinjako means change.  The song is about bringing that transformation to your community and a call to action to change for a better version of ourselves.

We were created for better things…

The release of “Chinjako Step” follows his recent joint mixtape TBA with EDM producer Dmstry (emerging winner of the Best International Artist of the year at the GX Awards UK).

“Chinjako Step” is a fusion of Afro, hip hop and dancehall.

According to Payne this project is aimed tp draw[…] you into a place where you realize that if you want something to change you have to take a step in what you want to do but reminding yourself to put God first and trust in him always.

Other versions of “Chinjako Step” will be released later.
