The song basically talks about the trap life in Ntinda. Mickey offers an extended insight of the ‘Trap life‘ or metaphors designed around the trap.

If you have been watching the Netflix series Narcos  the bars make more sense – Mickey, sees him self as Pablo Escobar (a long used rap metaphor) and these other rappers  as Pablo Kimuli (the Ugandan comedian).
